Session rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Subject to coach availability, we will accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests. Repeated rescheduling may result in service restrictions.
If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full session duration. We cannot extend sessions to compensate for late arrivals.
All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (¥) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed at the time of the change.
We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the Services requested.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. For package services, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
